Social safety is a basic requirement for good education. Yet undesirable behaviour, from pupils, parents or colleagues, still appears to be a daily reality in many teams. Is cross-border behaviour recognised, discussed and acted upon? And do colleagues feel free to report undesirable behaviour?
We map how staff and pupils experience social safety: from verbal aggression and cross-border behaviour to unequal treatment. We also look at willingness to report, trust structures and follow-up to incidents.
